Terminology Management
The Translation Department at Interpreters and Translators, Inc. (iTi) utilizes a terminology management process (TMP), to ensure brand terminology consistency and accuracy with every translation project. TMP enables our team to effectively manage terminology for each client and produce high quality translations. The structure of this process encompasses four difference aspects: Term Base (TB), Translation Memory (TM), Do-Not-Translate Lists (DNMT) and finally the creation of a Style Guide (SG).
Translation is a multifaceted process, which the iTi translation team has perfected by ensuring consistency every step of the way, through our Terminology Management Process. We understand that each client has a unique business footprint and different translation needs, and we are working with them every step of the way to ensure we deliver the best.
