Elby Pagano | CEO

A native of Puerto Rico, Elby founded Interpreters and Translators, Inc in 1986 and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to starting the company, Elby was the Chief Court Interpreter for the State of Connecticut Judicial Department for almost 10 years. Building iTi from the ground up was a great challenge. With her unwavering commitment to customer service and quality, Elby has succeeded in establishing a broad and loyal client base. Elby currently oversees strategic planning and corporate development for both the company headquarters in Connecticut and iTi’s branch office in Puerto Rico. Elby is currently on the Advisory Board at Stone Academy and is a member of the Association of Language Companies and of the American Translators Association.

Francesco Pagano | President

As President, Francesco Pagano is responsible for iTi’s overall growth and strategic direction. As a seasoned language services professional, he has been instrumental in expanding iTi’s line of services and ensuring iTi maintains its strategic position of leadership in the industry. Francesco currently serves on the Leadership Council for the Association of Language Companies, Co-Chairs the Language Services Committee with the Connecticut Multicultural Health Partnership, and is an active member and sits on the Board of Directors for Rotary Club of Hartford.

Diana Pagano | Sales Manager

Diana Pagano

As Sales Manager, Diana Pagano, hires account managers, trains sales staff, and builds new business. After a 13-year career as a successful realtor in both Arizona and Connecticut, Diana joined iTi in 2015. Among her career accomplishments are consistently ranking in the top 3% of sales for a national real estate company, creating a highly praised 12-week real estate sales training course, and creating the quickly expanding iTi sales department. Diana has a great passion for training and coaching employees to excel at building client relationships. She views translation and interpreting as vital in today’s global economy and envisions iTi doubling in sales within five years.
