"I want to thank you for your quick response to my request for an interpreter… She was, as always, wonderful and very professional. The work we do with battered women is confidential and using an interpreter is very difficult because of the sensitive information and because we can't be sure of the accuracy of the interpreter. Working with ITI has put me at ease. Their interpreters are sensitive to the issues at hand and we trust them with the interpretation of confidential information.
