Ms. Yoo worked with us on the 17th and 18th of August, under very short notice, to interpret training on very technical equipment for two Korean customers. More importantly, however, she went above and beyond by assisting us with travel arrangements for the customers.
This was the first trip to the United States by these gentlemen - and at the eleventh hour - they (and us) found out that they would be traveling here without benefit of our agent in Korea. Ms. Yoo made them feel safe, comfortable and cared for after their arrival.
