As VP, Sales & People Operations, Diana Pagano is responsible for building and managing company sales and operations while continuing to uncover more ways to best serve iTi’s clients through service excellence. Diana is passionate and a huge driver of how the team cultivates company culture to maintain the iTi promise of 100% client focused, 100% of the time. Building and maintaining culture is a key initiative for Diana when sourcing top talent for iTi’s team. She drives and empowers iTi’s employees to live and breath our core values. She believes it is a vital factor in achieving the success and vision of where iTi is headed and how this impacts iTi’s clients on a day to day basis. After a 13-year career as a successful realtor both Arizona and Connecticut, Diana joined iTi in 2015. Among her career accomplishments are consistently ranking in the top 3% of sales for a national real estate company, creating a highly praised 12-week real estate sales training course, and creating from scratch the rapidly expanding iTi sales department. Diana has a great passion for training and coaching employees to excel at building client relationships. She views language services as vital in today’s global economy and envisions iTi reaching greater strides with impacting as many lives as possible to reach astronomical growth in the next 10 years.
