While the need for professional interpreters is increasing, there are relatively few educational institutions that offer training in this field. Over the years, ITI has developed a medical interpreter training program where interpreters learn about ethical conduct and to understand the importance of confidentiality, as well as how to respond to the many different interpreting situations that they might face in a medical setting.

 

With over 20 years of experience in this business, ITI has a wealth of knowledge about the challenges medical interpreters face and we’ve developed a training program that provides interpreters and bilingual staff with very practical information.
