Elby R. Pagano
Elby Pagano, a native of Puerto Rico, founded Interpreters and Translators, Inc. in 1986 and currently serves as company President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to starting the company, Pagano was the Chief Court Interpreter for the State of Connecticut Judicial Department for almost 10 years. Building ITI from the ground up was a great challenge. With her unwavering commitment to customer service and quality, Pagano has succeeded in establishing a broad and loyal client base. Pagano currently oversees strategic planning and corporate development for both the company headquarters in Connecticut and ITI’s branch office in Puerto Rico. Pagano is currently on the Advisory Board at Stone Academy and is a member of the Association of Language Companies and of the American Translators Association.
Francesco E. Pagano
As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for ITI, Francesco Pagano is responsible for ITI’s day-to-day operations and for incorporating innovative technology solutions. As a seasoned language services professional, he has been instrumental in adding to ITI’s line of services and ensuring that ITI maintains its strategic position of leadership in the industry. Mr. Pagano is an active member of the Association of Language Companies and currently sits on the executive board of the Medical Interpreting Association of Connecticut where he serves as Vice President.
Sean A. Lafferty
As Vice President of Business Development for ITI, Sean Lafferty is responsible for the growth and development of daily sales revenue for the company. Mr. Lafferty has a strong sales background in multi-media advertising and telecommunications and he has won numerous sales leadership and training awards. His responsibilities at ITI include integrating sales with customer service and further expanding ITI’s partnerships with State and Federal Government agencies.
